Kelida Homes PTY Ltd.

Kelida Homes Pty Ltd, founded in 1993 by a father-and-son-in-law team of builders, has been a beacon of excellence in the construction industry for nearly three decades. Under the leadership of Andrew Mead, a craftsman with a rich history in preservation and construction, Kelida Homes has become synonymous with quality, transparency, and client satisfaction.

Andrew Mead: A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Andrew Mead's journey began in 1979 when he embarked on a four-year apprenticeship as a carriage builder for the State Rail Authority. After completing his apprenticeship in 1982, he dedicated the next ten years to handcrafting historical timber carriages. Many of these exquisite carriages found a permanent home at the Thirlmere Railway Museum, a testament to Andrew's dedication to preserving the past.

In 1991, Andrew applied his artisan skills to the building industry, becoming a qualified carpenter, licensed builder, and supervisor. His unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and continuous professional development has been the cornerstone of Kelida Homes' success.
