Horizons Aging Journey was born from a deeply personal experience, the path my father walked through aging. Like so many families, we moved through stages of aging in place, living with loved ones, independent living, and ultimately navigating serious illness and end-of-life care. Along the way, we learned just how critical advocacy is, yet we struggled without a clear roadmap. Even with several siblings involved, some with professional expertise, we often felt unprepared and overwhelmed.

Out of that journey came a promise: no family should have to face these challenges feeling alone or uninformed. Horizons Aging Journey exists to provide families with guidance, resources, and practical tools to help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
