We manage the entire permitting and technical documentation process from start to finish, including:
- Filing and coordination with DOB, FDNY, SLA, DOHMH, and other regulatory agencies
- Submittal of architectural, and structural drawings for approval
- Development of HVAC and MEP integration drawings, including:
o Reflected ceiling plans, duct layouts, and ventilation systems
o Electrical layouts (power distribution, lighting, panel schedules)
o Plumbing diagrams (water, gas, drainage, and risers)
o Section views and coordinated overlays for spatial conflict resolution
- Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Capabilities
All major trades are performed by our licensed teams or subcontractors, including:
- General construction: framing, drywall, flooring, millwork, and finishes
- Electrical systems: conduit runs, lighting, low-voltage, and panel work
- Plumbing: gas piping, water supply, drainage, and commercial fixtures
- HVAC: ductwork, exhaust, rooftop units, and mechanical equipment
