We are Registered Nurses specializing in geriatric care. As Aging Life Care Managers, our goal is to help our clients maintain their independence & safety. We pride ourselves on providing personalized professional care. All care is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Often, a support person or advocate is all a person needs to allow them to maintain their independence, stay out of the hospital and age in place. We are the eyes and ears for out of town family members. We also provide post hospital and rehab care, wound care, colostomy care & training, IV antibiotics, injectable medications, hospice & end of life care, scheduled or emergency check-ins & medication assistance.
