Gretchen Taylor Pousson

Gretchen Taylor Pousson has over 25 years of trial expertise needed to help individuals charged with every conceivable crime, both as prosecution and defense, ranging from DUIs and theft to murder. Her experience ranges from working as a public defender, prosecutor, Adjunct Professor of Law at her alma mater William & Mary, and private practice. In August 2023, Gretchen joined Scrofano Law PC to open our Fairfax, Virginia office and lead our Virginia criminal practice group. She continues to represent defendants throughout Northern Virginia in both state and federal courts. She also represents individuals involved in protective order cases, expungements, and firearm rights restoration petitions.
