We created GLXYOGA ("Galaxy·Yoga") out of our deep love for yoga and our vibrant community. For us, yoga isn't just a practice—it's a way of life. It brings us peace, healing, health, passion, power, love, and unity. We believe it can do the same for you, if not more.

When studios became less accessible, we responded by creating free yoga experiences at local beaches and parks—a safe, comfortable space for people to gather and practice. Whether anyone showed up or not, we were just happy to give and practice. But what happened next was amazing. Dozens of people started coming to our gatherings, and now hundreds of students regularly attend our yoga and sound bath experiences at the beach and park.

We aim to offer a high-quality yoga experience that’s accessible to all levels, enriched with deep spiritual symbolism and the magic of Gong and Crystal Bowl sound bath meditations. With 37 years of yoga experience, both on and off the mat, we’re committed to building a truly heart-connected community. Our favorite feedback?
