Gallus Sales & Lettings is an independently owned business ran by Directors Matthew Gunn and also Andy Little. We offer an alternative to high-street Sales & Letting Agents that are often inefficient and also not cost-effective for Landlords.

Since 2015 we have been purchasing investment properties for renovating and also the buy-to-let market. We have actually steadily built up our Portfolio since then and also in 2019 launched Gallus Sales & Lettings to manage clients' Properties.

We were tired of Estate & Letting Agents that didn't return emails and simply didn't know enough regarding Property. As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage and sell our clients' properties with our hands-on style and make sure their investment is in risk-free hands at all times.
