Established in 2016, Gaku Ramen will offer authentic Japanese ramen, the ultimate comfort food, at an affordable price. The all-day menu will feature traditional Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso and Vegetarian ramen soup bowls. Starters will include Edamame, Gyoza, Pork Buns, Shishito Peppers and assorted salads. The bar will feature a selection of Japanese and Vermont craft beers, wines by the glass and bottle and a selection of Sake and Soju.
