Foundation Fifteen
Foundation Fifteen is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting at-risk youth by providing access to mental health care, mentorship, suicide prevention education, and financial assistance. Founded in memory of Landen Russell Cates, we work to ensure that no young person feels alone in their struggles and that every life is met with hope, support, and the opportunity for healing.
