We're blessed to be in a part of the world surrounded by fabulous farms and artisan suppliers, creating wonderful produce. At Ferma we've carefully selected a wide variety of quality ingredients including fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, condiments, meat and charcuterie amongst others. A lot of this produce can also be enjoyed in the bistro, where our chefs prepare seasonal sharing plates, snacks and other dishes
