Excel Railroad

Excel Railroad is owned and operated by Mike Watson. Mike has worked in the Railroad industry for more than 14 years, 10 of which came with the Union Pacific and the last 4 as owner of Excel Railroad.  Mike started Excel Railroad in 2018 with nothing more than a dream and desire to give all rail customers an honest option from a full service contractor.  Before leaving Union Pacifc Mike held positions as a Roadmaster, Manager of Civil New Construction and finally oversaw all the scrap tie and rail pick up operations for the entire UP rail system.

We serve in Omaha, NE, Boys Town Village NE; La Vista NE; Chalco NE; Papillion Precinct NE; Ralston NE; and the surrounding areas.
