Troy Clark is living the American Dream and proof that hard work does pays off. Troy earned the rank of Eagle Scout before joining the United States Army in 1997. After finishing his time serving his country, Troy worked at several other water damage restoration companies before deciding to do it his way by opening Elite Restoration Solutions with the goal to serve customers with fire, water and mold damage restoration for residential and commercial properties.
