About Business
Sometimes we notice patterns to our behaviors and relationships that leave us feeling unhappy and/or "stuck." If we haven’t been able to effect change on our own, then often the help of another person can be useful.
A therapist can help us see what sometimes we aren’t able to see on our own. Like a reflection in a pool, a therapist can help us recognize details and patterns that we may not have noticed. Interacting with a professional “other” can often show us the ways we have found to protect ourselves. We begin to recognize ways of coping that we have not been aware of, and that may no longer work for us.
This can be difficult, but often exciting, and always rewarding work.Other Businesses
