Dr. Mark D’Angelo joined Great Lakes Orthopedics in 2021 and is a general orthopedic surgeon specializing in Orthopedic Surgery, with a sub-specialty is Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine. His procedures include minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, sports-related surgical interventions, rotator cuff repairs, meniscus repairs, as well as ACL, PCL, LCL & MCL repairs.
Dr. D’Angelo graduated in 2000 from Gettysburg College with a BA degree, in 2009 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctorate in Osteopathy, in 2010 from Peninsula Hospital with an Internship in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. D’Angelo then went on to complete his orthopedic residency at Peninsula Hospital in 2012 and obtain an additional Sports Medicine fellowship at Orthopedic Research of Virginia in 2015.
