Dr. Krutika Jamdar - MD Psychiatry

I am Dr. Krutika Jamdar, a Consultant Psychiatrist with nearly 6 years of clinical experience. I completed my MD in Psychiatry from Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. Currently based in Nagpur, I am associated with the Just Being Foundation, where I practice mindfulness and presence-oriented psychotherapy. My core competencies include Adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, de-addiction and counselling, psychosexual medicine, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), psycho-education, and in-patient care. I also have experience in forensic psychiatry. I integrate evidence-based approaches with mindful awareness to support holistic mental health. I’ve cleared MRCPsych Paper A & B, and continue to evolve in my professional journey with compassion and curiosity.
