Lara Traynor, LMT is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for the healing arts. She attended Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and graduated in the Spring of 2007 with a Master of Reflexology, certificate in Spa Treatments, and more than double the state required classes for massage therapy. She is now returning to SWIHA to participate in the Yoga Teacher Training Program and is excited to incorporate this new knowledge into her practice, providing clients with new methods of natural healing. In addition to her practice, she has worked for a chiropractor and physical therapist, a day spa, LifeTime Fitness and the Ritz Carlton.
