At Cut and Dried Consulting, our roots in hospitality run deep-- starting years ago in a family-run wine and cheese shop in Cincinnati. Ever since, Marco Piazza and his team have acquired over half a century of hands-on experience throughout every location of restaurant procedures, from dishwashing to executive leadership.

With over 50 years of mixed experience and a passion for the industry, we've turned our experience into an objective: helping restaurants grow, boost, and be successful.
