Counseling Works provides both in office and virtual counseling to West Palm Beach, Palm Springs and the surrounding areas.

Our counselors are highly seasoned and extensively trained in trauma approaches. We serve age 15- adult with a specialty focus on trauma and PTSD, postpartum women, traumatic labor and delivery and teens issues. We also treat depression, anxiety, and have additional training to work with Firefighters, Police and First Responders.

We offer a multitude of therapeutic approaches including EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems as well as traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We speak both English and Spanish.
