Cosmetic Ink Artistry’s owner, Michelle Lynn, is the Permanent MakeUp Specialist you can count on! She entered the salon industry in 1999. Since then she has been following beauty and fashion trends as they are ever changing. Moving to Orange County in 2009 from Central California, Michelle wanted to make a shift in her beauty skills as she fell in love with the art of Permanent Make Up.
