Ciao Piada

Create. Mix. Enjoy. Come and taste our original Italian flat bread named Piada or your favorite Salad creation and Pasta bowl. We're located at 1062 Brickell Ave. in Miami! Established in 2013. Everything started in 1972 when our father, Palmerino De Grazia, opened the first Restaurant in Upata, Venezuela. In 1998, we (the two older sons) decided to start our new business in Upata, and it was called I Nonni in honor of our Grandfather. The business went very well, and then, in 2013, we moved to Miami -- after four months of meetings we came up with the idea of Ciao Piada: an Italian Fast Casual Restaurant serving ""Piada"" -- the first and only business that sells this product in Miami -- Pastas and Salads.
