We offer comprehensive primary care as well as social services under one roof. We treat patients of all ages. We emphasize wellness and preventative care in all our core services: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dental care, and Mental Health. In addition, our social work and health education departments support patients and the community.
We are recognized nationally as a quality leader
We were named National Quality Leader for the sixth consecutive year by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and is one of three recipients in New York State to be recognized in this category in 2020. The Health Center was also recognized with the Health Center Quality Leader, Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality, and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition awards, for its efforts to improve the quality, efficiency, and value of the healthcare it provides.
