Welcome to Sodashi Wellness Massage!  My mission is to provide therapeutic massage services for the process of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.  Massage is a way of living, not a luxury.   The idea of rubbing a wound to decrease pain is as old as Time.   I want everyone to feel the wonderful, enlightening benefits of massage.   By freeing our mind we can be free from pain and stress.  Massage is one of many paths to that goal.  The idea of Sodashi means "wholeness" or "oneness."  It is the concept of being one with ourselves, our body and our mind.  We live in such a high paced, competitive world that we begin to separate our work life from our home life, our mind from our body.  Live the sodashi way and a new way of living can be achieved.  I encourage you to look for your sodashi path and may my massage help you get there.  Sodashi Wellness Massage offers unique therapeutic massage in East Cobb, Marietta.   There is a variety of massage types to choose from such as Deep Tissue, NMT, Hot Stone, and foot treatments.  My certification is in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), however each massage incorporates acupressure, thai stretching, and myofascial release.
