  • Oysters
    Served with your choice of salmon roe & ginger vinaigrette, lemon, or plain.

  • Beef Carpaccio
    Oak-smoked Black Angus beef accompanied by mango chutney, roasted hazelnuts, amaretto caviar, pickled onions, dehydrated tomatoes, and béarnaise drops.

  • Scallops
    Pan-seared scallops paired with pea purée, nori caviar, flamed orange segments, and butter lemon velouté.

Main Courses:

  • Australian Angus Beef Fillet
