Great API documentation and that too in multiple languages which helps a lot while developing. BSG API set is extensive, with all the features we need. Documentation is good, and all the features worked as specified. BSG is integrated as part of our product offering. All new API sets are initially unfamiliar, but our developers are computer science graduates, so we figured everything out quite quickly. It would be best if you were a senior-level developer to get started with BSG, but then you can explain everything to junior developers for ongoing work.

My experience with BSG, as well as my team's, has been fantastic. The interface is very intuitive, and the help features were there in the rare occasions we needed them. We've never felt more in touch with our customers.

Straight forward SMS service. Support has good response times and is easily reachable. Implementation is straight forward using the extensive API docs and SDK's. As a developer, I would definitely recommend BSG!
