Ms. Brothers has over 15 years of front-line experience, and she has been a leader in designing and implementing multiple job training and job development programs in the non-profit arena.

As an employment specialist, Ms. Brothers is a contracted provider of Career Path Employment Services with Delaware’s Department of Labor, where her work in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is focused on providing individualized services to employers and people with disabilities and developing career pathways that links qualified employees to fair and competitive employer.
