Our company specialises in dealing with Councils when builders are finishing off a Residential Complex.    We offer the following services mainly to Strata (Body Corporations)  cleaning, gardening, rubbish maintainence, security, and property (Building) maintainnce.

We have been trading for the past 2 and a half Years and look after Not only a couple of Sydney Residential Buildings, but also a Nightclub, Commercial offices, and Light Industrial (Printers). 

We are based in Sydney Australia but have an Employee currently in Melbourne Australia that is looking to take on new premises there.

Our Rates even though a little more than you possibly would expect cover not only the staff working hours, but it includes for your site, All Travelling, Work Cover, Public Liability, Chemicals, Equiptment and Cleaning Cloths that are washed weekly.

We will never turn down a job other than if it is due to your location.  We currently only Service Sydney with Expansion plans in place for Melbourne Australia.

We are pedantic in our service and are Food Industry Safe as we use ISO2002 complient cleaning products that are food safe.;
