Ed has helped numerous clients to achieve their goals. He has structured a deal for his son to buy a pizza restaurant worth $150,000 for only $10,000 and none of his own money. He structured a deal for his father to acquire a restaurant within 24 hours also with no money. The Sellers even left their bank of change in the cash register! One of the funniest acquisitions occured when one of Ed's clients was offered a business for a cost of one dollar! The client wondered what would Ed do and she proceeded to ask if the Seller would finance the purchase price over four months.
