You find all the houses you want to see, and we schedule showings for you. Once you pick a home, we help you every step of the way with negotiating prices, arranging for any repairs, paperwork, and anything else all the way to closing. For the time and effort you spend looking for homes, viewing them, and making a decision, I will give you 2% of my 3% commission on new homes, or 1.5% on previously lived in homes. You can receive it as a discount on the house or cashier check from the bank of your choosing.
