EVROLIFE Membership Concept

Professional Membership is offered to prospective applicant who carries business that improves energy efficiency and clean energy productions, and that is interested to invest in future business development. Other applicants are offered with affiliated membership.

Association EVROLIFE offers the membership as the efficient shortcut to:

Promotion and sales of the products or services to over 2,000 members in EU and Russia;

Reputable  and realistic valuations of member’s businesses or projects;

Professional assistance in structuring or restructuring of member’s businesses or projects;

Equity investors: private equity, venture capital, wealth individuals at disposal for investments in member’s business development or undertaken projects;

Long-term tailored financing solutions concerning business development or project financing;

The above opportunities are offered to Professional Members. Affiliated members are offered with unique and attractive savings and lifestyle solutions:

Establishment of designated savings plan with option to convert it into purchase budget during the savings period without surrender charges, suitable for children savings, educational savings, additional pension;

 Alternation to real estate investment with objective to gain return through rental income and increased value within few years: investment in preferential shares of selected members with guaranteed dividends of 12% per annum and buy-back arrangement;

Portfolio of lifestyle products and services offered under privileged terms and conditions, exclusively to members of the Association;

Membership is approved upon submitting the application and contributing the Participation Subscription. Participation Subscription could be paid as the single participation, or through annual installments through certain participation period.

Minimum amount of Participation Subscription in respect of Professional Membership is $15,000. In the case of payments through annual installments, minimum participation period is 5 years (minimum amount of annual installment is $3,000);

Minimum amount of Participation Subscription in respect of Affiliated Membership is $4,000. In the case of payments through annual installments, minimum participation period is 8 years (minimum amount of annual installment is $500);

Association EVROLIFE offers Representative Membership to entrepreneurs interested to include EVROLIFE Concept in services portfolio through signing of Representation Agreement.

Offered Referrals

Association EVROLIFE pays referral fee at the range of 3% on received Participation Subscription. In addition, associates engaged by the Association to manage assets of the Association offer following referral fees to Association for future distribution to Representative Members:

 ·        12% on single allocation

 In the case of allocation settled through annual installments:

a)      80% on 1st Installment

b)      16% on 2nd and 3rd Installment

c)      4% on pending installments until the end of participation period

·        Referral fees offered from Professional Members in the course of their co-operation with Association:

a)      10% on sales through designated B2B Platform offered by the Association;

b)      Introduction fees in respect of securing the capital for project financing

5% on the first million EUR secured

+4% on the second million EUR secured

+3% on the third million EUR secured

+2% on the fourth million EUR secured

+1% on the pending amount of secured capital
