Apex MMA, Muay Thai & Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts academy for adults & kids located in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, dedicated to taking beginners and building them up into complete martial artists. From beginners to professionals, we offer classes in MMA, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu in the morning, lunchtime and evening that cater to everyone. Our vision is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn the art of self-defence.
