After graduating from high school in 2003, he moved to Pennsylvania to pursue his undergraduate degree. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, and Logistics in 2007 from The Pennsylvania State University, Rafael then received his Juris Doctor from University of New Mexico School of Law in 2010.
