Allison Feaster is a trailblazing figure in basketball, renowned for her exceptional collegiate career and impactful leadership in the NBA. A standout at Harvard University, she was the first athlete in any sport to be honored as Ivy League Player of the Year three times. Feaster led Harvard to a historic upset over top-seeded Stanford in the 1998 NCAA Tournament and remains the program's all-time leading scorer with 2,312 points. Drafted fifth overall in the 1998 WNBA Draft, Feaster played professionally for the Los Angeles Sparks, Charlotte Sting, and Indiana Fever, and had a distinguished 17-year career in Europe. After retiring in 2016, Feaster joined the NBA’s Basketball Operations Management Development Program and later served as the NBA G League’s Manager of Player Personnel & Coach Relations. In 2019, she was appointed Vice President of Player Development & Organizational Growth for the Boston Celtics.
