Shay Ridout – Certified, Experienced, Dedicated My name is Shay Ridout I am originally from Washington State where I studied Fire Science and Paramedicine. I have been a fire fighter / Paramedic for 14 years. I have also been in all fields of construction from demolition to remodeling. I started doing home inspections Since 2013 and haven’t stopped. I worked for a national company USA Home Inspectors when I first got started and eventually went out on my own starting All Season Home Inspections. I am certified as a Fire Inspector and also certified with InterNACHI. I have a diploma in Home Inspections from Stratford Career Institute.
