Andrew James Trotter started working in the residential construction industry in 1984 framing houses around the GTA. After framing over 75 houses Andy switched to the downtown Toronto renovation market and worked on over 200 projects including 1 Ways lane _ Lane House ( Ontario Association of Architects award of excellence residential 2000 ) and ( Toronto Architecture and Urban Design awards 2001 )
