Advantage Pointe Properties provides residential rental property management services to owners of single family and multiplex (up to four units) rental properties in the greater Albuquerque, New Mexico and Rio Rancho, New Mexico areas.We pride ourselves in maintaining a level of residential rental property management services that are second to none. In fact, we are so confident of the residential property management services we offer that our residential rental property management agreement runs from month-to-month. In other words, if you are not satisfied with our management services, you may terminate the agreement at any time with a 30-day notice.Our commission rate structure is competitive in the open market and is guaranteed as long as you, the owner, are a client of Advantage Pointe Properties. And, if our commission rate structure changes to your advantage, you will be given the opportunity to participate in the new structure.
