If you’ve ever found yourself in a dark place, then you know that you instinctually look for the light. Things happen in our lives that throw us into dark places. It’s easy to get stuck in these places and we can have trouble finding a way out by ourselves. However, we all have the potential to restore and brighten our light again, sometimes we just need a helping hand. We will be that helping hand. Whether your darkness is anxiety, sadness, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues, ADHD, or relationship dissatisfaction, we will climb into that dark place with you so that you’re not looking for that light alone.
