M.P.M Eurocars Limited was established on the 6th of February 1991 pursuant to the Companies Law Cap.113 as a company of limited liability under registration number E42909 with its registered office in Nicosia. M.P.M Eurocars is active in the sector of car sales and in particular in the exclusive import and distribution of Peugeot cars in Cyprus. In addition, the company is being active in the sector of sale of the whole range of Peugeot products in Cyprus, including scooters and Peugeot bicycles as well as the provision of spare parts, service repairs and maintenance..................................

The objects of the company as described in its Memorandum of Association include; the purchase, sale, trade, import and export of motor vehicles, bicycles, machines and every kind of vehicle, ground, air and sea, new and used, as well as every kind of spare part; the purchase, sale, exchange, hire and in any other way trade of any kind of movable and immovable property; the trade of any kind, and any commercial and financial enterprise, as well as to participate in other companies and enterprises, and/ or to acquire by purchase or otherwise all or parts of the shares and the share capital of other companies.
