It all started with a lucky hand of poker for my Grandfather way back in 1938. The other guy couldn’t pay, so he gave my grandfather a truck and the name “Jim’s Express” and the rest is history. Thus the name, 1938 Moving. Things have changed over the years but at 1938 Moving we still work hard to give our customers good old-fashioned service and old-fashioned value. Many years and three generations later two Family members are still involved in the industry and are still helping people move. Whether it’s local, long distance, office moving or storage.
