This team comprises national experts with government subsidies, provincial academic technology leaders, over 20 distinguished experts at the provincial and city levels, 275 senior professionals, and 356 senior technicians. Driven by a commitment to technological advancement, the company operates a national "Post-Doctoral Research Station" and the "Anyang Xinsheng Machine Tool Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University."
