Open Hands Community Care (OHCC) is a not-for-profit Australian owned Christian based charity, registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, spearheaded by The House of Prayer Church based in Brisbane, Australia. Formed in 2018 as the Outreach and Social Services Ministry of the Church, Open Hands Community Care seeks to contribute to the capacity building and transforming of lives of individuals and families for a life lived abundantly!
