The programming at NZ Fitness aims to increase lean body mass, general work capability, and strength in order to help clients live the healthiest, most rewarding lives possible. All programme designs are the result of more than 30 years of training and coaching expertise, which includes methodologies used by Waxman's Gym (Olympic weightlifting), CrossFit Gymnastics, OPEX Fitness, Westside Barbell (powerlifting), Westside Tactical, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, and US Olympic strength and conditioning.
