Southern Title & Abstract, Inc. has been in business in Central Florida since 1990. They are privately owned, and the owners are full-time, hands-on operators and managers of the company. Millie Crenshaw is a full-time closer, and her husband, Hugh Crenshaw, is the full-time title examiner.

Something we offer that is rare in our industry is direct contact with Hugh Crenshaw if a title problem needs to be cleared up. Often, when we receive a title and interpret it for a realtor or client, there is a loss in translation. Having access to us via mobile sets us apart from other agencies in the industry.

We offer closings for properties in any county in Florida and are experienced with all types of closings, including simultaneous or double closings, wrap-around mortgages, owner financing, wholesale deals, assignment of contracts, and For Sale by Owner closings. We close both residential and commercial properties.
