Holstein Manufacturing began in 1976 in Holstein, Iowa, when three friends built a better hog cooker for a local fundraiser. That first grill led to the creation of today’s popular Model 7240G and 7240C. As demand grew, so did the product line—adding rib cookers, deep fryers, corn roasters, trailers, livestock equipment, and more. Deeply rooted in agriculture, Holstein Manufacturing proudly supported the Iowa Pork Producers and Iowa Cattlemen’s groups. Still family-operated on the original farm, we continue to design and build innovative, high-quality equipment that meets the evolving needs of customers locally and across the country.
