Troy Outlaw is a 26 year retired law enforcement officer from Starkville, MS. Troy has a Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice. Troy is married to Janel, the love of his life, and together they have 7 children. Troy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, sports (football), learning Spanish, watching a good movie or series, and learning all things health and fitness. Troy started “Speak the Truth with Troy” podcast as a way to express himself and to share his years of experiences, both personal and professional with the public.
